EMILY BURNETT is a serial entrepreneur and Creative Director with a proven track record of launching and scaling fashion brands in both luxury and contemporary markets. As Founder and CEO of Burnett New York, she debuted at NYFW and secured top-tier retail partners including Net-a-Porter, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Moda Operandi — driving $1.5M in revenue in the brand’s first year.

With over 15 years leading design at renowned houses such as Dennis Basso and BCI Brands, Emily has cultivated a powerful network of influencers, stylists, celebrities, and buyers. She has dressed A-list clients, overseen more than 50 runway collections, and built lasting relationships across global retail and media.

At Relevé, Emily brings her deep industry connections, credibility with top buyers, and experience building brands that resonate with both press and consumers. Her vision — combining bold, signature design codes with community-driven storytelling — positions Relevé to stand out in the advanced contemporary market and scale quickly through wholesale, influencer partnerships, and direct-to-consumer growth.

JIA ZHANG is an award-winning jewelry designer, product strategist, and visionary entrepreneur with over a decade of experience across jewelry, supply chain, and brand architecture. Her work has appeared in Vogue since her student days, with bespoke commissions for global collectors — including members of Indian royalty — and she is best known for founding one of China’s most successful independent jewelry brands.

At Gewel, Jiayi built the brand from the ground up, scaling to 15 self-operated stores and hundreds of retail partners. Within just two years, she drove annual revenues past $5M USD. Her ability to repeatedly create viral bestsellers through bold design, cross-brand collaborations, and top-tier influencer marketing earned her the nickname “hitmaker.”

At Relevé, Jiayi brings hands-on expertise in multi-material jewelry design, omni-channel retail execution, and agile supply chains spanning Asia, Europe, and the U.S.
